Banquet and Meeting Rooms

The full banquet room can accommodate up to 240 people and includes the use of an industrial-size kitchen.  For smaller parties, the room can be divided in half, allowing each side to accommodate up to 120 guests.  The kitchen is accessible from either side of the banquet room, additional rental fees apply.  Tables and chairs are provided.

Meeting room rates are available for weekday rentals and corporate events.  AV equipment is also available and may be subject to additional rental fees.

For meetings of 25 or less, smaller rooms are available but hours may be limited.

​

Damage deposits apply to all private events.  10% discount given to Beech Grove residents

​

Our facility is smoke and alcohol-free.

​

**Once approved, a $150 non-refundable rental deposit is due upon booking.**

All rental fees and the $200 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the event date. 

If the event is within 30 days of the day you book, all fees are due in full at the time of rental.

 

Rental time must include set up and clean up time

Available hours to rent banquet and meeting rooms:

Monday & Friday 8am - 6pm

Wednesday (small meeting room only) 8am-8pm

Tuesday & Thursday 8am - 8pm

Saturday 10am - 10pm

Sunday 11am - 7pm
